1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ek9997 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided through ek9997.club, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all other gaming and entertainment services made available on the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms unconditionally.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ek9997 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ek9997 or any of its affiliated companies, gaming providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the ek9997 platform or any affiliate platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

ek9997 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts. Verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed and may be triggered at any point during a player's activity on the platform at our discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account if underage use is confirmed. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the payment source after deducting any bonus funds received, and will not be eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on ek9997, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile phone number for OTP verification.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the ek9997 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ek9997 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed through those accounts, and confiscate any balances, including deposits and winnings, without prior notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your ek9997 account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor SMS OTP authentication on your account for enhanced security.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

ek9997 will never contact you by any means requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from ek9997 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and current at all times. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ek9997 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency transactions are accepted. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Upay — instant deposit and withdrawal processing
• Visa / Mastercard — subject to standard card processing times

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though daily and monthly deposit limits may be set by you through your responsible gaming settings or applied by ek9997 at its discretion for security purposes. Deposits are credited to your ek9997 wallet balance instantly for mobile financial service providers. ek9997 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds into your own ek9997 account from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC identity verification in full.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. ek9997 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ek9997 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and cricket tournament specials for BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published in full on the ek9997 promotions page and disclosed at the time of offer.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the end of the validity period will be automatically removed from your account.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, standard wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds credited to your account. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ek9997 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times and to refrain from any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the platform or to other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; submitting false identity documents; misrepresenting your identity or age at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market. This includes chip dumping, match-fixing, and any coordinated exploitation of game mechanics.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using the ek9997 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ek9997 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with games, place bets, or circumvent security measures on the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds to place bets you know to be the result of an error. ek9997 reserves the right to void any bets placed in such circumstances.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ek9997 staff, customer support agents, or other users of the platform through any channel.

ek9997 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ek9997 may void associated bets and transactions, suspend or permanently close the account, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ek9997 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification checks.

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including if you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life — please inform our support team of this reason so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied in addition to the account closure. Players who self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons will not receive promotional communications from ek9997 for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

Suspension or Closure by ek9997

ek9997 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without a login
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ek9997 reserves the right to withhold any balance, including deposits and winnings, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, regulatory changes), real-money balances will be returned in full to the player's registered payment method.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek9997 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, refusals, or errors in processing transactions

ek9997 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. In the event of a technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, ek9997 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or wagers and return stakes to the players concerned.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. ek9997 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified games.
